Running Fix

When I was taking my RYA course in navigation, I created several Flash animations to help me learn the techniques. This one shows the steps needed to take a "running fix". It can be a difficult technique to understand and these animations make things clearer.

Although created for myself, I put these animations on my website and many people have found them, remarking on how useful they have been.
